Product Growth Hacker

About the role

We are seeking a Product Growth Hacker to own and drive growth targets across our digital products. You will design and execute high‑impact campaigns, optimise conversion funnels, and scale revenue through both organic and paid channels. This role is perfect for a data‑driven marketer who loves experimenting and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth targets and KPIs for each digital product, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies, including SEO, content marketing, community‑driven growth, and paid campaigns.
• Plan and prioritise marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Quora, Discord, and others.
• Analyse funnel metrics, user behaviour, and conversion data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Run experiments across channels, iterating based on performance data.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
• Track, measure, and report on growth KPIs with clear attribution to revenue impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement product‑led growth initiatives.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging growth tactics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product growth.
• Proven track record of growing revenue or user acquisition for digital products (case studies or metrics required).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and community‑driven growth.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments.
