Product Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

The Product Manager – Infrastructure will own the full product lifecycle for server, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud/on‑premise solutions. Based in Karachi, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, partners and vendors to shape strategy, prioritize roadmaps and drive go‑to‑market activities across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with market needs and company strategy.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, channel partners, technical teams and sales.
• Specify features, write acceptance criteria and coordinate release timelines with engineering and vendors.
• Develop pricing, packaging and positioning; support sales enablement and partner training.
• Lead product launches, create technical collateral and provide pre‑sales support for complex enterprise deals.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed for partner and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership or a related role focused on infrastructure solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure stacks, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud/on‑premise integration.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Commercial experience in pricing, packaging, go‑to‑market planning and partner enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, sales, vendors and support functions.
• Fluent written and verbal English with the ability to create technical collateral and deliver training.
