Product Manager

About the role
The Product Manager will lead a high‑performing team responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning through launch and post‑launch evaluation. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to shape product roadmaps and uncover new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of product professionals through strategy, development, launch and evaluation phases.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, regulatory and sales teams to build and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Create business models and conduct competitive landscape analyses to identify growth potential.
- Develop, track and interpret data‑driven analytics to guide product decisions and measure performance.
Required profile
- Pharm‑D or pre‑medical graduate.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
