Product Manager – Retail Deposits

About the role

Support the Head of Product in achieving the strategic objectives of the Retail Liabilities business by managing and growing the bank’s deposit products and portfolio. The role is fully remote and aligns with office hours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, customer behaviour and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement product enhancements, pricing strategies and customer value propositions to drive acquisition, retention and balance growth.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product launches, digitisation programmes and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance and marketing stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking, wealth management or product management, including 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
• Graduate or equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Understanding of banking product management, especially deposit and liability products.
• Experience in digital banking environments is an advantage.
