Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Flexxon is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its embedded storage portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, sales and design teams to turn deep technical differentiation into compelling value propositions for engineers, procurement professionals and C‑suite buyers across demanding verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch product messaging across web, sales decks, trade shows and digital channels in partnership with campaigns, content, design and events teams.
• Act as a cross‑functional bridge, collaborating with procurement, engineering and product teams to keep marketing claims technically defensible.
• Conduct customer and market research, engaging design‑in customers and industry analysts to validate positioning and uncover unmet needs per vertical.
• Develop and maintain differentiated value propositions for Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace and Cybersecurity verticals, translating specs such as endurance, temperature tolerance and tamper‑resistance into business outcomes.
• Track competitor storage and embedded‑security offerings, identifying gaps and crafting positioning that highlights Flexxon’s hardware‑level advantage.
• Create sales enablement assets including battlecards, one‑pagers, ROI narratives and technical collateral for vertical‑specific conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing for hardware or embedded technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate credibly with firmware engineers, procurement teams and product managers.
• Familiarity with the Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace or Cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate technical specifications into clear business value.
