Product Owner – ERP & Custom Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the full lifecycle of our ERP and custom software solutions, from ideation and UX design through development and customer‑facing presentations. You will shape product features, visual design, and market narrative while collaborating closely with engineering, marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of ERP modules and custom enterprise software, defining vision, roadmap and release strategy.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications, and work hands‑on with development teams during sprints.
• Design UI/UX, create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Sketch, and maintain a design system.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and pilot customers.
• Develop marketing and sales enablement materials – slide decks, one‑pagers, demo scripts, datasheets and case studies.
• Present product capabilities to prospects and clients in meetings, webinars or conferences, answering technical and functional questions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan product launches and release announcements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in ERP or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of core ERP domains such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing and HR.
• Hands‑on technical development background (developer, technical lead or full‑stack engineer) with solid understanding of code, APIs, databases and deployment pipelines.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and earn their trust.

• Mobile frameworks: React Native, Flutter, native iOS development.
• API design and integration.
• Database concepts and deployment pipelines.
