Production Finishing Supervisor (Sample Finishing)

About the role

The Production Finishing Supervisor oversees the daily finishing operations for sample garments, ensuring that each piece meets buyer specifications for quality, measurements, and presentation. Working on‑site at Crescent Bahuman Limited, you will coordinate closely with sewing, quality, washing, and merchandising teams to deliver timely and accurate sample orders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily PD finishing tasks including thread trimming, pressing, cleaning, labeling, and final presentation.
• Verify garment measurements and overall quality against buyer specifications and company standards.
• Monitor production targets, work‑in‑progress, sample receiving, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with PD Sewing, Quality Assurance, Washing, and Merchandising to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a finishing team of two members.
• Maintain strict compliance with technical specifications and SOPs.
• Identify and report production issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory of finishing materials to avoid shortages.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in garment sample finishing or a related production environment.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑department coordination.
