Production Manager – Rubber Sole Manufacturing

About the role

Zoom Footwear is seeking a Production Manager to lead its rubber‑sole manufacturing operations in Lahore. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for ensuring efficient production, high quality, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production schedules, allocate resources and monitor output against targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality control and warehouse teams to guarantee material availability and minimise downtime.
• Track key performance indicators, drive process improvements and resolve production issues.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards on the shop floor.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate production staff, conduct performance reviews and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in footwear or a related industry.
• Strong ability to plan, organise and monitor production schedules while meeting quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Leadership experience supervising diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore District across shifts.
