Professor of Pharmacy (Full-time, BPS-21)

About the role

The University seeks an experienced Professor of Pharmacy to lead teaching and research activities within its Faculty of Pharmacy. This full-time, BPS-21 position involves delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising research, and contributing to academic governance.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses.
• Supervise MPhil and PhD research students.
• Conduct and publish high-quality research in pharmacy.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Provide academic leadership within the department.
• Engage in university committees, seminars, and professional activities.
• Ensure compliance with HEC academic standards and institutional policies.

Required profile

• PhD in Pharmacy or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification teaching experience at a recognized university.
• Strong academic research record with publications.
• Excellent classroom teaching, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to contribute to departmental growth and academic excellence.
