Project Contract Manager

About the role

The Project Contract Manager will be the primary interface for contract management within Grid Solutions Business, supporting Grid Systems Integration projects across Pakistan and the broader MEA region. The role covers the full contract lifecycle from award to close‑out and provides occasional commercial support during tendering for complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender and contract documents and implement contract‑management procedures aligned with company best practices.
• Provide contract and risk analysis, bid clarifications, and correspondence to support tendering and operational teams.
• Educate project and operations teams on contractual rights and obligations and ensure contracts are performed, closed, and issues resolved.
• Coordinate project plans with Planning & Controls, pursue extensions of time, change orders, and claim entitlements.
• Identify, analyse, and manage project risks and opportunities from a contractual perspective.
• Draft and align sub‑contracts with main contract terms, manage insurance compliance, and oversee claim submissions.
• Establish project‑specific contract‑management tools, registers, and processes for variations, claims, bonds, warranties, and notifications.
• Support dispute resolution, attend customer/vendor meetings, and provide contractual guidance to project teams.
• Assist regional contract‑management leadership with critical tender reviews and other contractual/commercial tasks as required.
