Project Manager 1

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is looking for a Project Manager 1 to lead and oversee the delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to influence both business and technical leaders in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding based on scope and statement of work.
• Coordinate resources and subject‑matter experts across functional areas for project start‑up.
• Gather project requirements and develop Playbooks and SOPs.
• Obtain Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and document rollout schedules and SLA expectations.
• Drive project changes, product lead times, and rollout requirements through the IntelliPlan system.
• Define, track, and report measurable project outcomes.
• Determine inventory needs, work with supply‑chain on lead times and arrival schedules.
• Manage all aspects of project billing for services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer operations.
