Project Manager 2

About the role

Zones is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead investigations into undefined areas and ambiguous requirements, translating them into clear project scopes, measurable objectives, and deliverables. The role works closely with senior stakeholders across product management, purchasing, operations, IT, finance, and sales to drive improvements in speed, efficiency, cost, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans, and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Identify, track, and improve key process indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Ensure timely completion of project initiatives while managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
• Resolve 100% of assigned tasks and drive continuous improvement.
