About the role
Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to set up and run a sales and customer service centre serving about 15,000 retail shops across Karachi. The role covers organising shop data, planning sales territories, setting up CRM and calling systems, and recruiting and training a team of 10-15 calling staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily calls, generate orders and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams
- Monitor team performance and prepare daily and weekly reports

Required profile
- Experience in call centre management, telesales or sales operations
- Strong leadership, planning, communication and problem-solving skills
