Project Manager – Digital Agency (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital projects for our clients on a night‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 9 PM – 6 AM) at our Rawalpindi office. You will act as the main point of contact, translating client requirements into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to gather complete project requirements and maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare project briefs, scopes, timelines, and all required documentation.
• Assign tasks to developers, designers, SEO specialists, and digital‑marketing teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage internal project‑management system, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, reports and business emails.
• Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support when required.
• Review website designs and development work before client delivery, ensuring quality standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively and keep projects running smoothly.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams.
• Experience working with onsite teams and international clients.
