About the role
Lumino Digital is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development and publication of eBooks. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality digital publications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee eBook projects from concept to launch.
- Coordinate authors, editors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines.
- Track and manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Liaise between editorial and production teams to streamline publishing workflows.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Lead status meetings, issue tracking, and resolution management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital publishing.
- Support marketing and distribution strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in publishing or digital content.
- Familiarity with eBook formats such as EPUB, MOBI, and PDF.
- Experience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site and lead in‑person team meetings.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
