About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager – Growth to lead remote, high‑impact software projects for a global technology leader. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget while collaborating with technical, product, and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and external stakeholders, to meet project milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, document action items, and track issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology or software development projects.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
