About the role
MKTG is hiring immediately a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to manage and execute in-store brand activation programs. The role is based in the Karachi office and focuses specifically on in-store activations and retail execution, not on event management or outdoor activations.
Required profile
- Experience in in-store brand ambassador (BA) programs is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing in-store activations for established companies and brands.
- Strong understanding of Karachi's retail landscape, in-store markets and retail operations.
Required skills
- Good command of MS Excel for field reporting, performance tracking, monitoring and analytics.
- Ability to analyse field data, track team productivity, identify execution gaps and prepare performance reports.
- Strong project management, team coordination and execution skills.
