Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Zones is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead end‑to‑end IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that improve performance, speed, efficiency, cost, or revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding based on scope and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation.
• Coordinate resources and subject‑matter experts across functional areas for project startup.
• Gather project requirements, develop Playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Obtain Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and document rollout schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive project changes, product lead times, and rollout requirements through IntelliPlan.
• Define, track, and report measurable outcomes and inventory needs, collaborating with Supply Chain on lead times.
• Manage all aspects of project billing for services.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations and provide ongoing client support.
