Project Manager

About the role

ReckittHome is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects across its manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from technical scoping and cost engineering to execution, handover and capitalization, ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s governance and global engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of assigned capital projects, from scope definition to close‑out.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders—including Manufacturing, Finance, NPS, EHS, Quality, contractors and suppliers—to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Review technical drawings, P&IDs and MEP designs to validate constructability and design intent.
• Maintain on‑floor supervision of MEP and civil works, guiding in‑house teams and contracted staff.
• Develop and track project plans, critical path schedules and progress against agreed timelines.
• Prepare engineering estimates, cost plans and capital funding proposals.
• Select, manage and monitor suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate deviations promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of engineering concepts, cost engineering and risk forecasting.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to supervise on‑site execution activities.
