Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of high‑impact projects for TenX. Working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects of varying complexity, as well as collections of smaller initiatives.
• Define scope, create project plans, estimate costs, and develop pricing for consulting engagements.
• Draft statements of work, conduct risk assessments and manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, produce status reports and facilitate status meetings.
• Identify sales opportunities, support pre‑sales activities, and present proposals.
• Set up engagements in the time‑keeping system, monitor consultant time entries and ensure accurate monthly billing.
• Oversee procurement, contractor payments and revenue collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least five years of experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and control project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
