Project Manager - Scholarships, Grants & University Partnerships

About the role

The Project Manager will lead scholarship, grant and university partnership initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role works closely with academic institutions and internal stakeholders to create lasting collaborations that enhance educational opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage scholarship, grant, and university partnership projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide successful execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and findings to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between partners, sponsors, and university departments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work with diverse teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
