Project Manager – Scholarships, Grants & University Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead scholarship, grant and university partnership initiatives for American Lycetuff in Islamabad. The role involves overseeing projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage scholarship, grant and university partnership projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to drive successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between partners, sponsors and university departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and organizational standards throughout project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and working with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
