Project Manager - Scholarships, Grants & University Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead scholarship, grant and university partnership initiatives. The role involves overseeing projects from conception through delivery, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and create lasting educational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage scholarship, grant, and university partnership projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners, sponsors, and university departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and organizational standards throughout project development and implementation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and working with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
