Project Manager – Technical Delivery (Amazon Services)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the technical delivery team for an Amazon service provider. The role will act as the operational backbone, ensuring projects are delivered on time, teams collaborate effectively, and both client and internal processes continuously improve.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client accounts and internal projects using ClickUp or Asana, tracking deliverables across PPC, catalog, creative, and compliance teams.
• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for client‑facing and employee‑facing workflows to create repeatable, scalable systems.
• Coordinate a mixed onsite and remote team of 30+ members, assign tasks, monitor progress, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews, identify strengths and development needs, and support career growth.
• Promote a positive, growth‑oriented culture to improve employee retention.
• Occasionally liaise with European and UK clients to provide project updates and align expectations.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or e‑commerce service environment.
• Proven ability to manage large onsite and remote teams (30+ people).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and high emotional intelligence.
