Project Manager & Upseller

About the role

KGT Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Upseller to lead client projects and drive additional revenue. The role involves coordinating with internal design and development teams while maintaining strong relationships with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Communicate with international clients to capture project requirements.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely execution.
• Handle Fiverr inquiries, proposals, quotations, and order management.
• Identify and close upselling opportunities by recommending additional services.
• Monitor timelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Strong experience handling Fiverr and international clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, client handling, and upselling abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in a software house or digital agency is preferred.
