Project Supervisor Civil & Interior Finishes

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead daily civil works and interior finishing activities on architectural projects in Islamabad. This on‑site position requires coordination of subcontractors, material deliveries, and close interaction with design teams to ensure the project follows the approved design and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil and interior finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries to maintain workflow.
• Interpret construction drawings, provide technical clarification, and resolve on‑site design issues.
• Monitor quality control, safety standards, and verify third‑party inspection results.
• Prepare daily reports, progress photos, snag lists, and RFIs; report status to project managers.
• Track progress against the programme, identify delays, and propose mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience supervising civil works on architectural/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structural elements, concrete works, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing and finishes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site scheduling and quality inspections.
• Familiarity with local construction codes, site safety practices and material testing procedures.
• Good communication skills for liaison with architects, engineers, clients and site teams.
