Project Support – Employer Branding & Employee Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Support professional to lead our employer branding, employee experience and internal communication initiatives. The role will partner with external agencies, universities and internal stakeholders to position the organization as an employer of choice and enhance engagement across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external agencies to design and launch employer branding campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate campus engagement programmes with universities and manage student connections at KE premises.
• Oversee flagship program campaigns, ensuring end‑to‑end execution in partnership with PBPs.
• Manage the people communication platform and create targeted communication posts through agency partners.
• Lead employee experience tasks, gathering data‑driven insights to improve internal brand perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in employer branding, employee experience, HR, marketing or communications.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and strategic partnership skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
