Psychologist – Mental Health & Behavioral Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team at Al Khaleej Clinics in Karachi. The role involves delivering comprehensive psychological services to patients of all ages, supporting their emotional and developmental wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, counseling, and therapy sessions for individuals with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to design and implement patient‑centered treatment plans.
• Provide specialized support for conditions such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, developmental delays, and family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or professional qualification in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and counseling abilities.
• Capability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient‑focused approach.
