QA Architect

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned QA Architect to design and develop a robust test automation framework and lead testing initiatives across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks, harnesses, and code libraries.
• Provide consultation on complex testing strategies and lead urgent issues, ensuring proper communication and staffing.
• Deliver technical documentation and training to testing and business functions.
• Identify and integrate suitable tools and technologies aligned with the broader development ecosystem.
• Mentor the QA team, evaluate candidates, and enforce automation standards.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in QA and test automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly within Agile/Scrum environments.
