QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive QA Engineer to join our software development team. In this role you will ensure the quality and reliability of our applications by designing and executing comprehensive test plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for new and existing software solutions.
• Identify, log, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test cases.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of issues and suggest improvements.
• Perform regression testing after updates or fixes.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality to enhance the end‑user experience.
• Document test procedures and results for future reference.
• Monitor adherence to QA guidelines and procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

• Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
