About the role
The incumbent will manage end‑to‑end Telco and non‑Telco activities within the assigned grid(s). This includes ensuring network availability, overseeing operations, and maintaining budget discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Assure network availability and manage network utilization within the allocated budget.
- Lead field teams to resolve issues, improve key performance indicators and monitor grid performance.
- Ensure compliance with network KPIs and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generators.
- Manage OPEX, optimizing electricity, diesel‑generator fuel and other operational costs.
- Coordinate resources such as cluster owners, riggers and fueling teams and support their capability development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated, confident and capable of managing time and stress.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially for database management.
