Quality and Accreditation Manager

About the role

The Quality and Accreditation Manager will maintain controlled procedures, track accreditation requirements, and support internal audits and corrective‑action closure. The role also involves preparing evidence packs, verifying certification performance data, and collaborating with colleagues serving international certification clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain controlled procedures and monitor accreditation requirements and actions.
• Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and ensure timely corrective‑action closure.
• Manage complaint and appeal records while supporting impartiality oversight.
• Prepare clear evidence packs and verify certification‑performance data.
• Work with colleagues to support international certification clients using documented processes.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, business or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of experience in quality or certification‑body work.
• Practical experience with ISO/IEC 17021‑1 and accreditation assessments.
• Internal‑auditor or lead‑auditor training.
• Strong written English.
• Accreditation body experience and knowledge of QMS, EMS, OHSMS or FSMS (advantageous).
