Quality Assurance Coordinator – Non‑Telco Tech

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator (Non‑Telco Tech) will oversee end‑to‑end network and grid operations within assigned geographical grids. The role ensures network availability, manages budgetary constraints, and leads field teams to resolve issues while maintaining high performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee network availability and manage network utilization within the allocated budget.
• Lead MS field teams for issue rectification and monitor key performance indicators.
• Track grid performance, ensure compliance with network KPIs, and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance of access networks and generators.
• Control OPEX spending, optimise electricity and DG fuel consumption, and conduct CPH tests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, self‑motivation, and effective time‑stress management.

Required skills

• Expertise in Diesel Generator (DG) maintenance and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Overhead (OH) and Direct Current (DC)/Control Panel (CP) systems.
• Proficiency in RMS troubleshooting.
• Capability to conduct full‑cycle power‑system testing for OH DGs.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially for database management.
