Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our early‑stage product team. You will play a key part in shaping the testing strategy and ensuring the software we ship is reliable and scalable as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to achieve comprehensive coverage.
• Perform manual testing when needed to uncover bugs in early development cycles.
• Collaborate with developers to understand architecture and design, ensuring code is testable.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Execute regression testing to verify new features do not impact existing functionality.
• Continuously improve the testing process and automation framework for greater efficiency and coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA engineer, focusing on automation testing.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.

Required skills

• Selenium (or similar automation testing tool)
• Experience with cloud platforms – AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud
• API and microservices testing
• Performance and security testing
• CI/CD pipeline setup and integration
