Quality Assurance Specialist - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to review digital marketing deliverables remotely during EST business hours. The role ensures that ads, landing pages, SEO content, social posts and reports meet brand standards and client expectations before release.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality audits of ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO content, email campaigns and marketing reports.
• Identify and document formatting, spelling, design, tracking and setup errors.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers and marketing teams to resolve issues.
• Track QA feedback and approvals in project management tools.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal QA checklists and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or digital‑marketing quality control.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
