Quality Assurance Specialist – Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to review digital marketing deliverables remotely during EST business hours. The role ensures that ad creatives, landing pages, SEO content, social posts and reports meet brand standards and client expectations before release.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality audits of digital marketing assets such as ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO content and performance reports.
• Review social media posts, email campaigns and marketing automations for consistency, accuracy and brand alignment.
• Identify and document formatting, spelling, design, tracking and setup errors.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers and marketing teams to resolve issues.
• Track QA feedback and approvals in project‑management tools to maintain transparency.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal QA checklists, processes and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a remote environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or digital‑marketing quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
