Quality Control Executive

About the role

The Quality Control Executive ensures that all food products meet the company’s quality standards and food‑safety requirements throughout the production process. This full‑time position involves routine inspections, record‑keeping, and collaboration with production, HR, and administrative teams to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality and hygiene inspections across production and non‑production areas.
• Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain hygiene records and checklists.
• Investigate non‑conformities and support corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, HR and admin departments to drive awareness and compliance.
• Supervise production staff on discipline, attendance, hygiene compliance and proper work practices.
• Provide guidance and training to workers on quality requirements and safe work practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Hygiene Monitoring or Food Safety within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation standards, GMP and PPE requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with production, HR and administrative teams.
