Quality Control Laboratory Manager

About the role

The Quality Control Laboratory Manager will lead the QC laboratory for surgical dressing products at Hafiz Pharma Industry. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that raw materials and finished goods meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and document testing procedures for raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage laboratory staff, coordinate sampling, and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Review analytical data, generate reports, and support investigations of non‑conformances.
• Develop, update, and implement quality control protocols.
• Collaborate closely with production and quality assurance teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the lab.

Required profile

• Pharm.D or equivalent pharmacy qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of QC experience in a pharmaceutical or medical‑device environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven laboratory safety practices and audit familiarity.
• Excellent documentation, record‑keeping, and communication skills.
