Quality Management Systems Manager (IMS)

About the role

The Quality Management Systems Manager will lead the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and local regulations. The role works closely with Customer Service and After‑Sales teams to resolve complaints, drive quality initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the IMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS and OHS, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze customer complaints, warranty claims and feedback to launch quality improvement projects.
• Develop and monitor Quality Service Agreements and ensure compliance with PSQCA, EPA and other statutory requirements.
• Lead a team of four IMS and quality professionals, providing coaching, performance management and cross‑functional project coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Extensive experience in IMS or Quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence organizational change.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PSQCA and EPA.

Required skills

• Risk assessment and process optimisation.
• SOP development and SMART objective setting.
• Regulatory compliance (PSQCA, EPA) and IMS implementation.
