Quality System Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Quality System Lead to drive the PDCA cycle of our site quality management system and report results to the Quality Section Manager. The role supports the site’s quality system, internal documentation, audits, CAPA management and regulatory interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) process for the site QMS and report outcomes.
• Maintain internal and external documentation, manage change control and quality policy amendments.
• Plan, schedule and execute internal and external audits, including FSSC 22000, HALAL and other food safety standards.
• Coordinate the bi‑annual eQCMS review and ensure document register is up‑to‑date.
• Handle consumer complaints from receipt to closure and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Serve as primary contact for food regulatory agency inspections.
• Train new employees on eQCMS and Enablon tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead risk management, product/process quality improvement and cost‑saving projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in audits, quality systems or process improvement within food, chemical or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects, follow written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
