About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Lahore office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing front‑desk operations and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper etiquette.
- Maintain an organized front‑desk area and keep records up to date.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support administrative staff with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and reception skills.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly yet formal approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
- Previous front‑desk or receptionist experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
