About the role
Royal BPO (Pvt.) Ltd., a BPO organisation based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, is hiring a full-time, on-site Recruiter to recruit Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for its call centre. The role is based at F-881, 1st Floor, opposite Holy Family Hospital Gate 3, F Block, New Katarian, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, and is not remote.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit CSR candidates for the call centre.
- Ensure candidates meet the person specification through a comprehensive interview, assessment and screening process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience recruiting CSR candidates from within the call centre industry or sector.
- Complete understanding of the nature and working environment of a call centre.
- Degree level qualification in HR or Psychology.
