Recruiter - End-to-End Recruitment

About the role

The company is looking for a highly organised and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role covers sourcing top talent, delivering a smooth candidate experience, working closely with hiring managers and clients, and keeping recruitment operations fully compliant. It also plays a key part in employer branding and improving hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive timely closure of assigned vacancies in line with the hiring plan
• Build a steady pipeline of highly qualified candidates through strategic sourcing
• Evaluate candidates accurately to maximise shortlist-to-interview conversion, using approved screening tools
• Manage offers within approved compensation guidelines to secure high acceptance rates
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to meet their needs and earn strong feedback scores
• Research and submit accurate salary benchmarking data
• Deliver a positive, transparent candidate journey and take part in recruitment events and employer branding activities
• Submit weekly recruitment trackers and reports on time, and ensure 100% complete recruitment documentation
• Keep up with internal audits, policies and background checks, and follow updated SOPs
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• 3-6 years of experience
• Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and negotiation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
