Recruiter – Hybrid (Karachi)

About the role

Bionic Talent is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for international clients, sourcing and presenting top talent across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for client vacancies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct screening and competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate final interview scheduling with senior recruiters.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and consistently meet KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Karachi.
