Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in appropriate roles with our clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service, satisfaction and success in meeting recruitment goals. The position is a permanent, full‑time role based onsite in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, with a morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking and headhunting.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate screening to placement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of placed candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to three months of internship experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and candidates.
