Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

Nokhba.AI is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring initiatives for its clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching talent with business needs while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Analyse client hiring requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and strive to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Result‑oriented, target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
