Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our consulting projects. The role involves sourcing, screening and placing candidates, primarily for positions in Canada and the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Fully understand job descriptions, timelines and requirements for assigned positions.
• Source potential candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, social media groups and other platforms.
• Search and engage relevant candidates from Canada using all available channels.
• Expand and maintain an internal candidate database.
• Conduct screening calls, structured interviews and technical assessments.
• Negotiate rates, compensation and location preferences, and finalize terms with consultants or candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a recruiter.
• Availability to work between 01:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude, resilience and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, VOIP).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Proficient in LinkedIn recruiting, Boolean search techniques and social‑media sourcing.
