• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with hiring goals and employer branding.
• Stay current on recruitment marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting ability for job descriptions and recruitment collateral.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies to increase job visibility.
