Recruitment Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support scalable hiring processes at an AI‑powered HR technology company. You will coordinate daily recruitment workflows, manage interview scheduling, and ensure data accuracy across our ATS and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day recruitment operations, workflows, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate and company information in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Support sourcing, screening, job postings, candidate documentation, and recruiter administration.
• Track candidate progress, pipeline data, and interview outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to processes, templates, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve workflow issues and promote recruitment technology adoption.
• Assist in testing new automation features and platform enhancements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, HR operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities, priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, dashboards and recruitment data.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Exposure to HR technology, SaaS or AI‑powered recruitment platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
