Recruitment Specialist – Full‑Time Day Shift

About the role

NSOL BPO is seeking a result‑oriented Recruitment Specialist to lead day‑shift hiring activities. You will independently manage the full recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines, and meet defined hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, social media and other platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with workforce and headcount needs.
• Create and publish job advertisements on relevant hiring sites.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment progress, keep hiring records and prepare regular recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR hiring.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and result‑oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
